Spinach and zucchini soup puree:

100 gr. spinach
½ small zucchini
½ cup water
½ cup milk
1 tsp butter
1 tsp flour
1 egg yolk
salt to taste
Peel the zucchini, remove the seeds, cut into cubes.
Finely chop the spinach.
Put the vegetables in a pan and pour water. Simmer over low heat until cooked. Dilute flour with milk, pour into boiling vegetables. Salt and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Rub the hot mixture through a sieve and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
Grind the boiled yolk with butter and put into a warm soup before feeding.

Plums baked with ginger:

4 large plums (~ 500 gr.) Cut in half, remove the seeds.
¼ tsp ground ginger
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, grease the baking dish with oil.
Put the drain halves with the cut up in the mold and sprinkle with ginger.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the plums become soft and the juice begins to bubble.
Remove from the oven, cool and remove the skin.
Depending on the age of the child, chop the flesh coarsely or finely. (You can grind in a blender). Stir in the juice remaining in the baking dish.

Baked apples:

Wash the apples, remove the core.
Stuff with chopped nuts (optional), raisins.
Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 150 degrees for about an hour.
In chilled apples, add honey to taste.
