In the modern world, young mothers have a lot of worries and responsibilities that need to be done without delay, and sometimes even do several things at once. This is taking care of the child and numerous household chores, and you should not forget about your beloved. In all this cycle, every mom’s trouble is literally 5 minutes of free time to do something useful or just relax. Often we simply do not notice this period of time. We will show you what you can usefully spend a short 5-minute break.

For yourself:

  • Do gymnastics for the face or eyes
  • Perform a short tabato workout
  • Lie on a gymnastics roller
  • Stretch your arms or shoulders
  • Do breathing exercises
  • Read a useful article or cookbook page
  • Watch the video on YouTube
  • Peel legs or arms
  • Make coffee for yourself or make delicious tea for yourself and your child.
  • Make a lip massage with a toothbrush
  • Apply a nourishing oil to the ends of your hair or simply apply a moisturizing mask
