Hut
You can buy a children's tent or a beach tent in the store, but it will be much more interesting to build a hut with your own hands with your child.
For example, you can pull a rope between the trees and throw a couple of sheets or curtains over it. Or you can collect tall branches, stick them into the ground and tie them up with a strong rope. Inside the hut, you can lay the child a soft blanket or small rug, throw decorative pillows and teddy bears - all this will create additional warmth and comfort inside.
Hammock
Which of us did not dream to lie in a hammock, swaying measuredly between the trees? While the parents are busy in the garden, the child can swing on it, as if on a swing, can read an interesting book or have a bite of freshly picked berries from the garden.
And after a hearty lunch in a hammock, you can take a nap. So that annoying insects do not disturb children's sleep, you can fix a mesh canopy over a hammock.
Open-air cinema
Watching movies after a hard day is a great vacation. And if you replace the usual TV with an open-air cinema in your own garden, you can get twice as much pleasure! Hang a large white sheet on the front of the house, install a projector on the contrary, and lay comfortable bean bags around. To add some comfort to your makeshift movie theater, you can hang garlands or lanterns with soft light around its perimeter.
In order not to freeze while watching, do not forget to bring warm rugs and a thermos with hot tea or cocoa to the street. You can arrange a real movie evening with watching an interesting film and its subsequent discussion. Pick up such stories so that the child can actively participate in the general conversation.
It is not at all necessary to choose full-length films for viewing. It could just be a series of a baby's favorite animated series. After watching, you can discuss with small children what they would do in a given situation.
Bubble
Soap bubbles are loved by both adults and children. Especially if it's not just bubbles, but giant soap balls of incredible size. To make such at home is not at all difficult! The solution will require water, glycerin and a dishwashing detergent.
To build a device for inflating bubbles, you need to take two sticks, a long cord that should absorb soapy water and a bead that will be used as a weight.
We take one stick, tie a cord to it, after 80 centimeters we attach a bead and tie a cord to the second stick. We attach the remaining tip of the rope to the first stick. As a result, you should get a triangle. Are you done? You can blow bubbles!
Treasure hunt
Prepare a real summer quest for the child with fascinating tasks and riddles that will be hidden in different corners of the summer cottage. After completing each task, the child receives a hint where to look for the next. And only after solving all the riddles, you can get to the main prize - buried treasure.
Such a quest can be done in the style of pirates, explorers, or time travelers. Tasks can be hidden anywhere: under a step on the porch of a house, in a pan in a summer kitchen, in a garden watering can or on a branch of an apple tree - turn on your imagination and get to work!
Tasks in the quest can be any: to assemble a puzzle from pieces, solve a riddle, help mom to water the beds, collect berries in a mug, draw a picture or make an application.
