In the summer, it is easy to find what to do, as good weather and holidays contribute in every way. At the same time, winter is no worse. You can try a lot of interesting activities, many of which are “exclusive” for winter thanks to the snow. Build a chic snowman, arrange a battle for a snow castle or make a feeding trough - all this is only a small part of your capabilities!
The cold snowy winter only seems endless, but in reality there is only one February week left! It's time to recall the entertainment that is available only in winter and which we always put off until later.
Wonderful snowman
In childhood, each child must necessarily have memories of sculpting a snowman. This is a real symbol of winter, as well as a bright decoration in any yard. Choose a day with perfect weather for this - with a temperature of about zero degrees, when the snow is sculpted best, and then boldly proceed to create: the snow will easily roll into balls. A classic snowman is molded from three balls of various sizes, but no one forbids you to experiment.
To make your snowman alive, be sure to create a face for him with buttons or embers and a carrot nose or cone. Do not forget to finish your hands (make arms and legs from branches or small snowballs), and if desired, you can put on a hat and an old scarf. Clothes can be drawn: gouache and a wide brush are useful. So that the hooligans from the yard do not break the creation, pour a snowman in the late evening with water. Frost will create an ice crust that only strengthens the snow balls.
Winter battle
What is winter without playing snowballs? Throwing friends in the snow and hiding in a castle built with your own hands is exciting and fun. Parents, thanks to modern baby clothes, do not have to be afraid for their children. Special cuffs and waterproof material perfectly protect from snow and warm the body.
From the inventory, you can prepare buckets for creating snow fortifications, as well as snow cripples. With their help, it is easy and quick to create ammunition for a future war. If you build a fortress out of snow and split into two squads, the battle can take on a truly epic scale. The number of participants in such a battle is unlimited!
Hang a feeding trough
Wintering birds have an extremely difficult time, because getting food is problematic. Do a good deed - build a feeding trough. You can create it from an ordinary bottle or a small wooden pallet. The feeder can be hung not only on the trees, but also on your balcony. Put inside the seeds, slices of bacon, or millet and observe all kinds of birds from your area close.
Winter picnic
Enjoy the snowy days while it is possible: there is a slushy spring ahead. A picnic in a park or forest is a great idea.Take cookies or sandwiches with you, as well as necessarily warm tea or coffee in a thermos. In sunny weather, you can always arrange a stylish photo shoot on a background of snowy plains and with a rosy face and mittens.
Snow art
Than you snow surface is not a canvas for drawing. On it you can literally write masterpieces of painting. You will need:
- liter or half liter bottle;
- solution with paint (dilute food colors, watercolors or gouache in water);
- cork from a bottle with a hole.
Pour the resulting composition into a bottle and screw the cap. Lightly create patterns and pictures in the snow. Similarly, you can colorize a snowman by drawing him any clothes you can think of.

The most important thing, in my opinion, is to devote time to the child, to do exactly what he wants and what he is fond of. It is advisable, of course, to invent games in the fresh air, here as they say 2 in 1 turns out.
