Weight gain

I got in shape after giving birth in a few months thanks to daily physical activity, exercises and walks in the fresh air and proper, healthy nutrition. Do not rush to lose weight too quickly, remember that the optimal weight loss for a young mother is 200-400 grams per week. To do this, it is enough to consume 300-500 kilocalories less than the daily allowance, which with an inactive lifestyle is 2000 kilocalories.

Unfortunately, stretch marks cannot be completely removed. However, making them less visible is quite realistic. A coffee scrub can help with this. To make it, mix one tablespoon of one tablespoon of medium-ground coffee, one tablespoon of sugar and three tablespoons of coconut oil. Apply a scrub with massage movements to problem areas after the bath.

Skin condition

After pregnancy, I had problems with my skin: it became dull and dry, it began to peel off.
