    For me, children's sleep is a sore subject. From birth to about 8 months, we suffered sleepless nights. And they bathed in herbs, and tried to comply with the regimen, did not “walk around” before going to bed. Anyway, the child woke up every hour, cried. This went on until we were advised to sleep with the window open. Previously, we aired well before bedtime, but at night we closed the window, the room was about 23-24 degrees. Now the window is airing all night, in severe frosts in the “micro-ventilation” mode. The room at night 19-20 degrees. And we are sleeping! Strong and long. I just dress the baby warmer and everything is fine.
