Mom always spends more time with her baby. And this is understandable, because dad is at work. But after a hard day, you must definitely give time to the child. Sometimes fathers do not know what to do with the crumbs. While the baby is still very small, it will be enough to ring a rattle, build faces and play "cuckoo." But, as a child grows up, there is more choice.
- stroll. This is a great pastime. Dad will rest after work, and the child will breathe fresh air. You can ride on a swing, play in the sandbox.
- Bike or rollers. If you are lovers of outdoor activities, ride a roller skate or bicycle with your child. And if your child still does not know how to do this, it's time to master. Dads are the best teachers.
- Old toys. Children are very fond of fixing old things. And this applies not only to boys. Try to subjugate a broken typewriter or doll together. Do a good deed and the child will be pleased.
- Fishing. This is a classic. The kid will be just happy if he participates in such an interesting process. Teach him to cast a fishing rod, put a worm on a hook.
- Silent hunt. Go get mushrooms together. Teach your child to look for mushrooms, determine where are good and where are poisonous.
- Games. Play familiar games with your baby. You can recall the old forgotten games that you played when you were young - edible, inedible, the sea is worried. Or come up with any new ones - for example, with a ball.
- Crafts. Do the craft together. It can be made from cardboard, colored paper, buttons and threads, natural material. The main thing is to be interesting.
- Dinner. Make dinner. This is a very exciting activity, you can come up with new original dishes. Not only your child will be pleased, but also your mother.
- Bathing. An excellent pastime for dad is to bathe in the evening. You can indulge, play water games, show magic tricks with soap bubbles.
- Reading. Read a book before bedtime. Let it become a good tradition - an evening fairy tale for the kid that dad reads (by the way, here's an article about the effect of fairy tales on child development).
The main thing is to find an activity that will appeal to both you and the child. And then you won’t be bored together 🙂
