I really liked the idea of giving prizes for the achievements of the outgoing year. For some reason, in the New Year it is customary to set goals and make promises, but we always forget to praise for success, as if they appeared on their own, by default.That’s it, I’ll go to remember what my husband and children did in a year and I will definitely praise them for it !!!
From my own experience I’ll say that those years when we celebrated the onset of NG exclusively in a narrow circle of the family evoke the warmest and most pleasant memories and are closest to the definition of “ideal”. But always a prerequisite for this is a well-designed program. The program is always divided into two parts. The first part is the time when everyone celebrates and, accordingly, is awake: both adults and children. We made wishes, wrote them on pre-made snowflakes from paper (children also cut them out) and sent them to free flight, out the window))) It was very cute and magical. We also drove a round dance around the Christmas tree. True, the tree was wider, the round dance did not close, but nothing, this is not important)))) And the second part of the program is already for my husband and me, when the children went to bed. This part must necessarily take place so that there is no feeling that you only did the whole holiday, that entertained the children.
