10 educational autumn games for children in the fresh air

The summer is over, the cold has come - the time for autumn blues, mud and rains. The child asks outside for another portion of snot. How can you explain to a child that it is cold outside, the swing is all wet, the sand has become cold? What are you going to play? And at home it’s warm, cozy, a lot of toys ...

So stop it! It's time to look at autumn from a different perspective! A child and mom need fresh air all year round, and bad weather is no reason to deny this to yourself. Just take a closer look: colorful foliage, a bunch of cones, autumn aroma of fallen leaves!

Not time to get bored, it's time to play interesting autumn games with your child.

1. Magic clouds. Remember how in childhood you looked at clouds and tried to make out various animal shapes in them? It's time to teach your child to fantasize! Sit on a bench, look up ...

Ask the baby what does he see?
Let it show big clouds and small ones.
Which way are the clouds moving?
What do they look like?

During the game, you can tell the child where the clouds and the rain come from.

2. A paper boat. Another interesting game from our childhood. We take a sheet of paper or cardboard and put a boat out of it. Let the kid decorate him with bright colors and give him a name! Then forward to the street to look for a suitable puddle, or maybe there is not a big pond near the house? It will be fun for the child to watch a floating boat!

3. Where is my mom's leaflet? Exciting game with leaves. Collect various fallen leaves with your child, be sure to name the child their names: “this leaflet has a birch tree, let’s help him find his mother?” And look for this tree together. Then, after the find, proceed to the other leaves. In an hour you can collect a whole herbarium! Keep it in a notebook and show it to the baby in winter.

4. Merry autumn. This game will help the child remember this time of year, improve reaction and attention, introduce him to natural phenomena. It’s enough for mom to call the commands:

Tell us how hard it is for them to live in the cold, how difficult it is to get food. Bring a handful of millet or seeds with you. Feed the birds and offer to craft a feeder for them so that they are always full. To do this, you can take a simple box of juice, cut a window and pour cereals into it. Then tie a thread to a tree. 6. Autumn treasure. Choose a place where there are a lot of fallen leaves, take some small toys with you, you can even buy lollipops and kinder surprises.Then, until the child sees, hide surprises in the foliage. And tell your child: “the autumn fairy flew in and hid a treasure in the leaves for you! Let's find him together ?! ” It will be very fun and interesting!

7. We search and lay out. First you need to find 3 autumn items, such as cones, acorns and chestnuts. Gather them in a pile and ask the child with their eyes closed to arrange them separately.
