At the age of two to three years, it is about safety and only 5 to 7 rules. For example, you can’t touch the stove, open the windows. Also remind you what you can do, but only with your mom: feed your pets, turn on the microwave.
- Speak your child's language
The kid does not yet understand the long emotional messages. Sentences should consist of three to four words. Exclude the denial, you say to the child: “Do not run,” but he is running, is that familiar? He only hears the word “run” that he understands. Try saying “stop,” “slow down.” Expand the list of prohibitory words, not only “not”, but also “wet”, “dirty”, “dangerous”. Use “I am messages”: “I suggest throwing the designer on the rug”, “I want to pour water into the bucket with you.”

- Surprise and distract the child
